1. Seller Information

2. Defective Prints
If your print arrives with a production defect, I will gladly replace it at no extra cost.
Please contact me as soon as possible at sblyseth@gmail.com, and include photos of the issue.
According to Norwegian consumer law, you have the right to file a complaint within two years of receiving your order.
3. Damaged Prints
If your print was damaged during shipping, I will provide a replacement.
Please email sblyseth@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the damage.
I will coordinate with my printing and shipping partners to resolve it quickly.
4. Pricing & Fees
All prices are in Norwegian Kroner (NOK).
Art prints are exempt from VAT under applicable Norwegian tax laws.
For prints priced above NOK 2,000, a 5% art fee is included in the price, as required by Norwegian law. This fee supports the Fund for Visual Artists (BKH).
I handle all reporting and payment of this fee.

Prices may change without prior notice. However, you will always pay the price confirmed at checkout.
5. Payments
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods
Payments are processed securely through [Stripe / PayPal / Vipps].
Accepted methods include:
– Visa / MasterCard
– PayPal
– Vipps
Your payment information is handled securely and never stored on my servers.
5.2 Payment Security
All transactions are encrypted and processed securely in compliance with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).
6. Order Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed.
If you don’t receive it within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact me directly.
Once your artwork has been printed and shipped, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation with a tracking link.
7. Shipping & Delivery.
Shipping Costs
– Free shipping Norway
– NOK 500 to Europe (EU, EEA & Switzerland)
– NOK 650 to USA and Canada
– NOK 900 to Australia, New Zealand, and the rest of the world
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery is 3–21 days, depending on your location.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be delayed due to customs, holidays, or other unexpected factors.
Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any import taxes, customs fees, or local handling charges.
8. Right of Withdrawal
According to Norwegian law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the artwork.
To return your item, it must:
– Be in original packaging
– Be undamaged and in original condition
– Be returned at your own cost
Once I receive the return and confirm its condition, I will issue a full refund for the print (excluding shipping cost) to your original payment method.
9. Returns & Refunds
For issues related to defective or damaged prints, please refer to Sections 2 and 3 above.
10. Force Majeure
I am not liable for delays or failure to deliver due to events beyond my control (e.g., natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, supply chain disruptions).
11. Disclaimer
All information on this website, including prices, shipping times, and product details, is subject to change without notice.
While I strive to ensure accuracy, I am not liable for typographical errors or third-party delays.
12. Intellectual Property
All content and artwork on this website is the property of Siv Blyseth and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
I am not liable for indirect damages arising from misuse of the product or issues caused by third-party services. I reserve the right to correct errors at any time.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law.
Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Norwegian jurisdiction.
